We would like to thank all participants and especially the authors for their contribution  to the success of the HYDROFOPRUM 2024 conference. This is the highest attendance in the cycle of Polish Hydropower Conferences. 

It is our pleasure to acknowledge that HYDROFORUM 2024 was attended by 15 delegates from abroad Poland – Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania and Ukraine, but even from China and South Africa. Their valuable input is highly appreciated. Altogether 33 conference contributions and communications have been presented. The conference programme included also two plenary debates dealing with hydropower contribution to solving key problems of Polish water management and electrical power sectors, respectively. The two-hour workshop on pumped-storage technology as conducted by the Andritz Hydro GmbH group was encountered with especially high interest and appreciation.
